Betul Court Recruitment 2024 (eCourts.gov.in) New Notification

The District and Sessions Court, Betul, was established independently in 1969, with Sh. M.M. Jincywale serving as the first District and Sessions Judge. The District Court in Betul, Madhya Pradesh, was initially constructed between 1924-25 and 1947-48. Two additional courtrooms were added in 1948-49, and in 2013, eight more courtrooms were built within the campus. The Civil Court in Multai, originally operating in the Tehsil building since 1907, saw the construction of a separate court building in 1990-91. Similarly, the Civil Court in Bhainsdehi has been functioning since 1954-55, with its building constructed in 1990-91. The Civil Court in Amla is currently operating in another building, with a new building sanctioned in 2016-2017.

Several District and Sessions Judges from Betul have been promoted as Justices of the Hon’ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh, including Sh. D. Suryawanshi, Sh. S.D. Jha, Sh. S.J. Surana, and Sh. S.K. Chawla. Additionally, Sh. D.K. Paliwal, a Civil Judge Class-I, was directly appointed as a Justice of the Hon’ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh.
