Nirmal District, created from the erstwhile Adilabad by the Hon’ble High Court of Telangana on 02  June 2022 comprises two District Courts, one Senior Civil Judge’s Court, and four Junior Civil Judge’s Courts located in Nirmal, Bhainsa, and Khanapur. The district is named after King Nimma Rayudu, who significantly contributed to its development. Nirmal has a rich cultural heritage, with various traditional art forms such as Bindu Yakshaganam, Bagavatham, Pandavulu, Yellamma Katha, Sharada Kathalu, Kolatam, and Jada Koppulu flourishing here.
