Neemuch Court Recruitment 2024 (eCourts.gov.in) New Notification

After the formation of the Madhya Pradesh High Court and the creation of Neemuch as a revenue district in 1996, Neemuch Judicial District came into existence on 30 March 2002. Before this, Neemuch was part of Ratlam Judicial District, where judges would come for a 15-day camp every month. Initially, Civil Judge Class-1 and Class-2 courts operated from the old tehsil courtyard in Neemuch City. The present Neemuch Court building was constructed between 1955 and 1958. A new court building with 20 courtrooms is currently being built near Mhow-Nasirabad Road and is nearing completion.

The Neemuch Court has a significant history of decisions, including a 1951 ruling in favor of a plaintiff regarding property in Banke Cantonment. The court at Javad, established during the Gwalior State era, has been operating since 1936, currently with 02 District Judges and 02 Civil Judges. Similarly, Manasa Court has operated since 1944, with 03 Civil Judges of the Junior Division. A notable case in Manasa involved a man convicted of murdering six family members, whose death sentence was upheld by the Supreme Court.
