Kanpur Dehat Court Recruitment 2025 (eCourts.gov.in) New Notification

The District Court of Ramabai Nagar (Kanpur Dehat) is situated at the district headquarters in Mati. Established as an independent judicial entity on 26th November 1985, the court’s first District Judge was Shri D.K. Aggarwal. During its inception, staff members were transferred from Kanpur Nagar Judgeship to Kanpur Dehat Judgeship. The court’s new building in Mati was inaugurated on 19 July 2013, marking a significant milestone in its history.

Currently, the Judgeship has two outlying courts and one Gram Nyayalaya. The Bhognipur outlying court operates from Milan Kendra in Pukhrayan, while the Ghatampur outlying court functions at Tehsil Ghatampur, and the Gram Nyayalaya operates at Tehsil Bilhaur. Ramabai Nagar (Kanpur Dehat) encompasses eight tehsils and 21 police stations, with Tehsils Ghatampur and Bilhaur under the administrative jurisdiction of Kanpur Nagar but falling under the judicial jurisdiction of Kanpur Dehat Judgeship. Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rajnish Kumar currently serves as the Administrative Judge of Ramabai Nagar (Kanpur Dehat).
