Auraiya Court Recruitment 2024 (eCourts.gov.in) New Notification

The Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) in Auraiya was established on 26 June 1989 as an Outlying Court of District Etawah. It was inaugurated by Hon’ble Mr. Justice S. K. Mukharji, who served as the Administrative Judge of the Allahabad High Court. Later, the District Court Auraiya was set up on 25 June 1998, with Shri Muhi-ul Islam appointed as Officer on Special Duty (O.S.D.) through the High Court’s Notification No. 1202/D.R(S.)/98 dated 03 August 1998 and G.O. No. 2166/7-Nayay-2-98/3G/98. He served as O.S.D. from 18 August 1998 to 29 January 2000.

Subsequently, the District & Sessions Court in Auraiya was established on 29 January 2000, as per Notification No. 3522/7-Nyay 2-99-2000 G/97T.C.1Lucknow dated 17 December 1999 and High Court’s Notification No. 8/DR(S)/2000 dated 12 January 2000. The court was inaugurated on 30 January 2000 by Hon’ble Mr. Justice N. K. Mitra, Chief Justice of the Allahabad High Court, with Hon’ble Mr. Justice S. K. Agarwal, Inspecting Judge of Auraiya, also in attendance. Shri Muhi-ul Islam was appointed as the first District Judge of Auraiya on this occasion.
